Kilstroom DP 1 MultiCat
Van Wijngaarden Marine Services will use the Kilstroom DP1 to carry out:
- Towing (single- & double tow);
- Port duties: Crane works, Transport;
- Anchorhandling;
- Surveying;
- Supplying;
- Dredging with A-frame and Plough;
- Geotechnical services.
Characteristics:
- Large working deck: 170m2 (7 x 20 ft. + 3 x 10 ft. containers);
- Hydraulic crane: 2x 440 MT, 12.3 ton @ 20.6 mtr;
- Draft 2.6 mtr. and beaching is possible;
- Accommodation up to 11 personnel + optional 1x TLQ (4 persons);
- V-sat connection;
- Fuel efficient due to three main engines;
- Certification / Audited: ISM, MLC, IMCA / CMID;
- Bureau Veritas: Notation 'Dynapos AM/AT', 'In Water Survey', ‘Anchorhandling’;
- Bureau Veritas: ‘Green Passport’ and ‘Clean Ship’.
Optional applications:
- A-frame, SWL 50 ton / Plough;
- 4p-Mooring system;
- Waterinjection dredging system;
- ROV / diving platform.
